Appliedfour helps individual job seekers keep track of their job applications and application statuses, allowing them to view and manage this information at any time.

The Service includes a free tier and an optional paid premium offering with additional features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Appliedfour, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

To use Appliedfour, you must create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

• All payments are one-time payments unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment details.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. User Content

You may input information into the Service, including but not limited to:

• Company names
• Job titles
• Salary information
• Job descriptions
• Dates and application details

You retain ownership of your content.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you provide.

7. AI Usage

Appliedfour uses AI only in the premium plan and only where necessary.

AI may be used to analyse the body of synced emails when automated filters are unable to confidently determine the status of a job application.

AI-generated classifications are provided for convenience only and may not always be accurate. You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming the status of your applications.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Abuse, interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• Use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of others

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you misuse or abuse the Service or breach these Terms.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before taking such action.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, branding and design, are owned by or licensed to Appliedfour.

You must not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

While we aim to provide accurate and reliable features, we do not guarantee that:

• Application statuses will always be correct
• Emails will always sync successfully
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

Appliedfour does not provide career, employment or legal advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appliedfour will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information.

14. Changes to These Terms
